If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram advert, the platform may share basic information you submitted there, such as your name and email, so we can respond to your enquiry.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver training, send you information you have asked for, and keep records of our dealings with you. We do not sell your information.

How we store it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, or as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and database providers, and only so they can perform that service. We may also share information if the law requires it.

If we run adverts on Facebook or Instagram, those platforms may use cookies or similar tools to measure advert performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email caringhands121@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
